Superior Court of Justice grants City of Toronto interim injunction against Canna Clinic marijuana dispensaries

The Superior Court of Justice granted an interim City of Toronto (Toronto (City) v. Lanova Outsourcing Corp)  injunction against a number of Canna Clinic marijuana dispensaries.

The City of Toronto had filed the court application in February 2017.  The city wanted an interim and permanent injunctions to prohibit the sale of illegal Cannabis at the Canna Clinics.

Justice Pollak, who heard the arguments on Sept. 15 and 26, ruled in favour of the city after lengthy arguments on September 16, 2017.
