NOTE TO CANNABIS DISPENSARIES: SHUT DOWN YOUR OPERATIONS BY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2018

This is an advisory note that Ontario Attorney General’s office said in a statement Monday that “anyone operating a storefront after Oct. 17 is doing so illegally.” For those that continue to operate after Tuesday risk not being able to ever obtain an Ontario Cannabis retail license once the private sector is permitted to enter the market. As a result, it is highly recommended that if you are the owner of such a business or are employed at one, that you cease this activity.

The Ontario Cannabis Store, found at https://ocslearn.ca/ will be the only place to buy Cannabis legally in Ontario until the privatization process is completed.
